I started in commercial construction as a project engineer, estimating tenant improvement work and helping a contractor go after new business.
Then I moved to the owner’s side as an owner’s rep project manager on medical office and commercial projects. I reviewed bids, leveled numbers and helped owners decide who would build their space.
On that side of the table I kept seeing strong contractors lose out because they were hard to evaluate. They had nothing to send, an old website, and project photos nobody had organized. I started Groundline to help contractors fix that.
I don’t take residential or home service clients.
Short updates, no jargon. You’ll always know what I’m working on.
I track bid invites, new GC lists and prequals approved, not website clicks.
